African cuisine!! Love the service Lloyd provided for me. He takes his time to explain the menu. The food was very good and the atmosphere was a good time with the music playing. Will certainly go back!!

The restaurant has a Nigerian vibe with Lagos culture. They have good options with only Nigerian foods. Beautiful/rich flavor and have nice paintings of Nigerian background on the walls.

Amazing! Happened to be in the area and saw the restaurant and took a chance. I am sorry to disagree from the other recent reviews here. But, we all have our opinions. This food was just great! My husband and I have dined worldwide and I’m not exaggerating. I consider him a picky eater. The fish soya, egusi, turkey wings (my husband had), and jollof were extremely flavorful. The staff were polite and even boxed up our meals after we dined in. That is hard to find anywhere these days! Give them a try.

Having been a soldier and traveling the entire globe I can consider myself a picky experienced food connoisseur. So I must reject some of the other reviews and share my own experience. The staff were thankful, polite, informative, and the food was ready relatively quickly. The flavor varies between your own choices of heat and/spice levels. My wife had shrimp suya and fish suya and jollof and loved it. I had the egusi with meat/pounded yam, and turkey tips. The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were clean. The ambience was delightful. The music was entertaining, and they boxed up our food before departing (huge in my book). Also, the restaurant is BYOB!! We cannot wait for the outside area to be open in the summer.

Food was absolutely delicious. The service was great. The atmosphere is definitely a vibe with the music, the couches and the great tables. Most foods are prepared to the service is quick and I love the self ordering option. They are not five star because it’s not affordable it’s extremely pricey, but you will be full and satisfied at the end.

Excellent (A):Jollof Rice - The highlight of my visit, perfectly spicy. Prepare for a good kick of heat. Very good (A) Asun (Goat Meat) - Excellent spicy finger food, very spicy with almost three chili peppers. Definitely a favorite and would order again. Very Good (A-):Efo Riro - Most balanced and flavorful, excellent with fufu, mildly spicy. Definitely would order again. Very good (A):Fufu - Perfectly made, a great staple, not spicy. Egusi Soup (B)- Decent enough to try again but not the best I’ve ever had, not very spicy. Chicken Gizzards (B) - Initially appealing with its sweet and tangy flavor but didn’t suit my taste overall, mildly spicy. Yellow Rice with Vegetables (B-) - Tasty, but beware of hard dehydrated vegetables, mildly spicy. Fair (C+):Beef Meat Pie - The beef tasted good, but the crust was too thick and a bit dry for my taste, not spicy. Red Pepper Soup with Beef (C+) - The beef was tough, and the soup was too sweet for my personal preference, not very spicy. Below Average (C):Ayamasa with Tripe - This dish just wasn’t for me; the taste of tripe didn’t appeal, although it might suit others, mildly spicy.

Wife and I wanted to check this out for a while. We enjoyed the food and spices. And will return to try another dish. It is pricey. And only reason I rated the food 4/5 was because the meat was still on the bone. I’d understand if the meat was stand alone on the plate however the ayamase is like a soup. Therefore be careful with that.
